Specifications To Parents
1. Please see that the child wears a neat uniform, clean shoes, and socks.
2. Kindly remit the fee in time.
3. Please send your child on time on all working days.
4. Please attend all the parent-teacher meetings without fail to know the progress of the child.
5. Parents are requested to respond to the invitation from the school for all functions and celebrations. Also, acknowledge all circulars received.
6. Please check and sign the diary daily.
7. Do not disturb the teachers during school working hours as they will be occupied with their work. Parents who seek information / clarification may do so between 4.15 p.m. to 4.30 p.m
8. Please give written information to the school in case there is a change in telephone number & residential address.
9. Parents are requested to extend their co-operation in maintaining the discipline of the school and in the larger interest of their children.
10. Home assignments must be done on the very same day mentioned in the school handbook.
11. Parents are requested not to do the homework of their ward, but they can help their ward to do the homework.
12. Parents who are wearing lungies, bermudas, or nighties will not be allowed to enter the school campus at any cost.
13. The students are not allowed to bring any valuable things like cash, gold or silver ornaments, toxic and electronic items inside the school campus.
14. Parents or guardians are not permitted to visit their ward during school hours. In case of any emergency they should meet the Principal. Without Principal’s permission no students will be entertained to leave the school premises during school hours.
15. The pupil must not be absent without obtaining prior permission from the class teacher and the principal. In case of illness for more than two days a Medical Certificate must be produced.
16. Students must not damage the school property.
17. Students must respect all members of the staff and be obedient.
18. English must be spoken in the campus at all times expect during additional language periods.
